Arnis is the traditional martial art of the Philippines. Mostly, no well known for its use of weapons, such as, but not limited to, short and long sticks and knifes/blades, Arnis is also a barehands martial art. Filipinos used Arnis, also known as Kali or Escrima, to help them fight their wars. Arnisadors are skilled offensively by attacking with swift, short movements. They also pride themselves on a defensive level by using various disarming techniques to take away the opponents weapon at the same time pinning them in a position so they are unharmed but have no choice but to surrender.

It is a logical and dynamic martial art that challenges your coordination and reflexes, and is simple and practical enough for everyone and anyone to enjoy.
